Reservation Policy

0. Definitions

• Moradai: The trade name under which the commercial company Morada Segura, S.L.L. operates, with NIF B56661382.

• Device / The Witness: An electronic device developed and in the process of being patented by Morada Segura, S.L.L., which is the subject of the reservation referred to in this Reservation Policy.

• Reservation: A payment action that grants a right to an early purchase of one of the limited units of the Device. The Reservation grants the right to acquire the Device but does not constitute the acquisition itself.

• Acquisition: A payment action that grants the right to receive one of the limited units of the Device. The Acquisition does constitute a right over the Device itself.

• Customer: A person interested in the Reservation and Acquisition of the Device, who carries out a Reservation and/or Acquisition action.

• Reservation Cost: The amount to be paid by the Customer for the Reservation of the Device. It amounts to €19.99 (VAT included).

• Acquisition Cost: The amount to be paid by the Customer for the Acquisition of the Device. It amounts to €29.99 (VAT included) for the first 250 orders or €59.99 (VAT included) for subsequent orders.

• Delivery: The shipment of the Device to the address provided by the Customer during the Reservation process.

1. General Terms

1.1. The reservation of the Device (The Witness) grants the Customer exclusive access to acquire one of the first 500 units developed by Moradai.

1.2. The Reservation and payment of the Reservation Price represents a fraction of the total acquisition cost of the Device, but does not constitute the final Acquisition of the Device by the Customer.

1.3. The Delivery of the Device is subject to the payment conditions and timelines established in this Reservation Policy.

1.4. The Reservation of the Device does not guarantee the immediate availability of the product. We will make every effort to meet the estimated Delivery dates, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

1.5. This Policy applies to all reservations made through our website. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.

2. Reservation Benefits

2.1. The Reservation of the Device grants the Customer access to exclusive benefits, which will be materialized at the time of Acquisition and Delivery of the product.

2.2. The Reservation of the Device grants the Customer priority purchase rights over one of the 500 limited units.

2.3. The Reservation of the Device entitles the Customer to an indefinite discount on the monthly/annual subscription to the service, compared to the public price. The subscription price for the Customer will be €9.95/month.

2.4. The Reservation of the Device includes full access to the services offered by Moradai, as listed in the Anti-Squatting Plan on the website.

3. Reservation Process

3.1. To make a Reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes but is not limited to your full name, address, phone number, and email.

3.2. The Reservation is subject to payment of the Reservation Cost, as indicated on the Device’s reservation page.

3.3. After submitting your Reservation request and making the payment, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your Reservation but rather acknowledgment that we have received your request.

3.4. We reserve the right to reject any Reservation request at our discretion. If your Reservation is rejected, we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Payment

4.1. To secure your Reservation, an upfront payment or credit card details are required. The specific payment terms will be detailed on the Device’s Reservation page.

4.2. Once the shipment is about to be processed, to the address provided during the Reservation process, the Acquisition Cost will be charged.

4.3. We will notify you via email at least one week in advance before charging the Acquisition Cost to the same card provided during the Reservation process.

4.4. If you do not request a cancellation and refund before the Acquisition Cost payment, you will not be able to request a refund for either the Reservation Cost or the Acquisition Cost.

4.5. All payments must be made in the currency specified on the reservation page.

4.6. If the payment cannot be processed, your Reservation will be canceled.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

5.1. You may cancel your Reservation at any time before the Acquisition Cost payment. To cancel your Reservation, please contact our customer service.

5.2. We reserve the right to cancel your Reservation at any time and for any reason. If we cancel your Reservation, we will notify you and refund any payment made.

5.3. No modifications can be made to a Reservation once the Device has been shipped.

6. Delivery

6.1. The Delivery of the Device is scheduled for June 2025.

6.2. The estimated Delivery dates are approximate and subject to change. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

6.3. We will notify you via email when your Device has been shipped, along with the corresponding tracking information.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1. If you are not satisfied with the Device upon receipt, you may request a return and refund in accordance with our return policy, available on our website.

7.2. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the initial purchase.

8. Physical Correspondence

8.1. The images and visual content of the Device are for illustrative purposes, and the final product may slightly differ in aesthetic design from any graphical material or illustration.

8.2. By accepting the Reservation Policy, the User acknowledges that they may receive a product with the indicated or enhanced features, but with an aesthetic that may differ from that suggested in the graphical material.

8.3. The User may not request a return or refund of the Device once shipped due to aesthetic differences from the images.

9. Privacy

9.1. The personal information you provide during the reservation process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
